Arrival | Departure
The booked accommodation is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you wish to arrive earlier, this is no problem. We offer you parking and changing facilities in our ski room, in case you would already like to spend the day of arrival on the slopes.
On the day of departure, the accommodation is available at the latest until 10:00 a.m.
Parking
Parking is available directly at our house, free of charge of course.
Bed linen | towels
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Extra beds | baby bed | high chair
On request, we also provide a baby bed and high chair for children.
Extra beds are available on request.
Deposit
You will receive a booking confirmation from us, showing a deposit corresponding to the length of your stay. This is to be paid by transfer to our bank account. The balance can then be paid either in advance by transfer or paid in cash on the spot. Unfortunately, payment by credit card or debit card is not possible.

General cancellation conditions
The following cancellation fees according to the AGBH apply in case of cancellation:
- Up to 3 months before arrival = no cancellation fees
- 3 to 1 month before arrival = 40% of the booking amount
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival = 70% of the booking amount
- In the last week before arrival = 90% of the booking amount
We recommend that all our guests take out a travel cancellation insurance.
